Researchers from Liceo de Cagayan University, headed by Dr. Lesley Casas Lubos, Vice President for Research, Publication, and Extension, who is a regular member of NRCP, participated in the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) Annual Scientific Conference and 84th General Membership Assembly on March 22, 2017 held at the Reception Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City. Dr. Andrew Ponte, Dean of the College of Information Technology and Ms. Maria Elena C. Reyes, RPO Associate Director also attended the event. The theme for this year’s conference was “Philippine Development: Foregrounding Ethical and Moral Values. “ Dr. Ponte and Ms. Reyes took their oath of office as Associate Members together with other researchers during the general membership assembly which was held in the afternoon. The annual activity was attended by 700 researchers from all over the Philippines.
