Dr. Lesley Casas Lubos, VPRPE, together with select researchers of Liceo de Cagayan University  attended the Orientation on National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) Membership at the Capitol University last November 17, 2016.  The university researchers who attended the orientation were Dr. Felsa A. Labis, Dr. Judy Marie Zoleta, Mrs. Cindy Agno-Balabat and Ms. Maria Elena C. Reyes. They will also be applying as Associate Members of NRCP.  The purpose of the activity was to orient researchers from the universities and colleges about NRCP and the requirements for membership.
