Liceo Researchers, Dr. Lesley Casas Lubos and Dr. Judy Marie Zoleta presented their collaborative study with the Department of Health researchers at DOH Regional Office in Cagayan de Oro City on October 26, 2016. Dr. Nimfa B. Torrizo, DOH 10 Regional Director gave the opening remarks and Ms. Karen Kaye D. Alcesto, Health Program Researcher, introduced the presenters, guests, and participants. Dr. Lesley Casas Lubos, VPRPE, served as the Project Team Leader of the two collaborative projects, namely: “Potability of Water Supply Testing to Selected SALINTUBIG Projects in Region 10” and “Climate Change in Cagayan de Oro City: Implications on Public Health Policies and Practices.” Liceo University continues to link with various agencies through research to address pressing health and environmental issues that affect communities.  Dr. Lubos is looking forward for further collaborative research projects with DOH.
