College of Arts and Sciences students participate
in research capability building seminar

   Students of the College of Arts and Sciences who are enrolled in Research 1 in the 1st Semester of SY2016-2017 participated in the research capability building conducted by the college in coordination with the Office of the Vice President for Research, Publication, and Extension on July 27, 2016 from 8:00-11:30 in the morning at NAC 203. Ms. Maria Elena C. Reyes, RPO Assoc. Director discussed the University guidelines and processes in the conduct of research and gave a lecture on how to organize the theoretical/conceptual framework and literature review. Also present in the activity were Dr. Lesley Casas Lubos, VPRPE and Mr. Christian Magdale, Research Coordinator of CAS. The purpose of the capability program was to enhance the research competency of the students.
