The research paper of Dr. Ma. Florecilla C. Cinches, Vice President for Academic Affairs and co-author Mr. Jayson S. Digamon, a public school teacher and a graduate of MAED-ELT of the School of Graduate Studies, titled “Schlecty’s Student Engagement Continuum in Work Team Experience: A Pilot Study” has been recently published in the Journal of Institutional Research South East Asia (JIRSEA) Volume 15 Number 3, Dec 2017, ISSN 1675-6061, which is a SCOPUS indexed international journal. The journal is also indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals, EBSCoHost, and in the Ulrich’s Directory.  The paper won the Best Paper Award in the South East Asian Association for Institutional Research (SEAAIR) 17th Annual International Conference held at PSB Academy, Singapore last September 6-8, 2017.
