Dr. Lesley Casas Lubos, the Vice President for Research, Publication, and Extension of Liceo de Cagayan University, participated in the 26th Philippine Biodiversity Symposium held on July 18-22, 2017 at Ateneo de Manila University. This year, the presentations revolve on the theme “New and Emerging Trends n Biodiversity Research and Conservation.”  Through the event, Dr. Lubos was able to establish linkage for Liceo de Cagayan University and to meet with several authors on biodiversity. Dr. Lubos is the Editor-in-Chief of Asian Journal of Biodiversity, which is one of the refereed professional journals of Liceo de Cagayan University. The Liceo de Cagayan University’s Asian Journal of Biodiversity is the only ISI/Scopus-indexed research journal in Mindanao.
